Amokachi Returns to Everton

Ex-Super Eagles striker, Daniel Amokachi was back at his former stomping ground at Everton, as he joined 38,133 spectators at Goodison Park to watch The Toffees take on Bournemouth in the Premier League.

The former bulldozing attacker was introduced to the Toffees faithful and received a standing ovation before the game started at 1500 hours.

Amokachi monitored Jordon Ibe, who put in a full shift against Everton, but would have been disappointed that another target, Everton winger Ademola Lookman didn’t come off the bench.

This is Amokachi’s second publicized visit to England in the last two months as he was part of the Super Eagles squad at the inaugural Star Sixes indoor football competition.

The 1994 World Cup star was shown the facilities at Everton’s Training Ground, Finch Farm, a day before Ronald Koeman’s troops faced the Cherries.

Amokachi will always have a place in Everton’s folklore for his memorable brace against Tottenham Hotspur in the semifinal of the FA Cup in 2015, after bringing himself on as a substitute.

There are a number of ways to establish whether it’s the right time for you and bae to dabble in the matrimony game. If you can tick all of these 16 things off and still get the butterfly feeling in your stomach about your other half, then it’s time to go ring shopping. 1. Have a big argument Seriously, this couldn’t be more important. You need to know that you can handle the inevitable rows and be able to move on from them. Arguments are never pleasant but are often necessary to air things and can actually make a relationship stronger. But if you’re with someone who...
